Originally from Paloa, Italy, Felix moved to the United States as a child with his family. He attended Woodside High School in Newport News, graduating with the class of 2006. Felix remained in the Hampton Roads area for college, earning a degree from Old Dominion University in 2013.

Felix built a successful career in automotive sales at Casey Automotive Group's Newport News dealership. There he earned recognition as a top sales consultant, regularly achieving the President’s Award for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Beloved Family Man
On April 2, 2022, Felix married Heather Chlebo, the devoted partner with whom he’d eventually raise daughter Harper. Felix embraced fatherhood wholeheartedly upon Harper’s arrival, treasuring his new role nurturing her early years.
Felix also shared a special bond with parents Ramon and Ramona, along with siblings Luis, Ramon, and Juan. Summers traveling back to Italy created treasured memories exploring his roots with loved ones. Family meant everything to Felix.

A funeral service celebrating Felix Garcia’s well-lived life occurs December 6th at 10 am at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church in Fort Monroe. Friends may pay respects to Felix’s family from 9-10 am beforehand.
