Hell’s Kitchen begins tonight with the Blue (Veterans) team feeling they need redemption after that dinner service; T and Trev are bickering, while Jen tells Trev he needs to stand up a bit more for himself. She calls everyone on her team a bunch of “wankers”.

Today’s challenge is for the US Marines and they will be making dishes from air, land, and sea. The team who finishes serving lunch first wins the challenge, they are given 30 minutes of prep. The entrees are Chicken Parmesan (Air), Steak Frites (Land) and Fish & Chips (Sea).

The Blue team is already off to a bad start when Jen is serving horrible salads. Heather doesn’t think she can be an executive chef when she can’t even make a salad. The Rookie team is already onto entrees. In the red kitchen, Mia insists she doesn’t need napkins under the deep fried fish as there is a rack, but she is dismissed. Chef Gordon Ramsay sees the napkin catch fire and doesn’t understand why Scotley would tell her that in the first place.

Heather is supposed to be on the fryer but too busy working on the salads. She is frustrated that there are two or three people on the other side of the kitchen who can’t drop fries while she is helping Jen; she has cheesed that no one believes in teamwork in the blue kitchen.

Ramsay has a 6 top ready and all they are waiting on is the pasta. He is made at Gizzy because the pasta water is not even boiling. The blue team is bouncing back, except they are waiting on the fries, she thinks another 20 seconds but Kevin took them up anyways, feeling it’s not hard to cook fries. Marino brings them back to the pass informing Chef Ramsay that the fries are undercooked. He tells the All-Star team, they are the team behind.

Both teams are rolling towards the finish, with the red team marching towards victory. Roe delivers soggy fish to the pass. He tells them they are not communicating, as Ramsay tells Marino the blue team has given up, something the Marines would never do. Kevin tries to rally the troops and both teams are on their final ticket.

The blue team brings up their last two steaks and they are not even hot. The red team brings up their food and Motto is told it was beautifully cooked. Chef tells the red team they can celebrate. Kevin tells the blue team they can still finish strong, even though they didn’t finish well. Chef Ramsay asks the Blue team if they know the Marines policy about “no man left behind” and they all know it. He says they left their brains behind.

Red Team (Rookies) are going to have an authentic Hollywood experience and are going to Paramount Ranch and they are all going to star in their own film. The Blue Team learns tonight’s menu will have a tableside calamari dish, but the calamari is arriving fresh on the boat and they have to prep it ahead of tonight’s service. Bret still has the punishment pass and has the choice to use it, or hold on to it. He decides to use it because he feels like his team isn’t going to lose again. He heads off to Malibu with the red team.

Bret tells the blue team he is going to gather intel on the red team to find out who is beefing and how to use it later for the blue team. No one really cares but they are thrilled to arrive and see Marino at the western town on the Paramount studios.

Back in Hell’s Kitchen, Ariel and Jen are arguing. Jen leaves crying which makes Heather nervous; she feels if Jen is dead weight, they need to let her go.

Jen feels her head is not fully in the game this time, worrying more about the people liking her over her cooking. She knows she definitely has to put in a good dinner service tonight.

Both teams are in the kitchen for dinner service and Chef Ramsay announces that Paramount delivered the trailer of their film called “Hell’s Riders” and he plays it for them. Everyone has some laughs before Chef Ramsay tells Mia (Red) and Ariel (Blue) to work the grilled Calamari table side and asks Marino to open Hell’s Kitchen.

Guests arrive and the blue kitchen is having issues with Trev, who is his own worst enemy as he takes too long. He even stops to take a drink while he is in the middle of making a dish. In the red kitchen, Motto is in the bad habit of taking the pan off the stove, resulting in crunchy risotto at the pass. He is able to redeem himself quickly, but has to remind himself to “shake, not swirl.”

Entrees begin for both kitchens, but when Jen brings up her food Jocky says there is no seasoning, forcing Roe to rush back with the Wellingtons to keep them warm. Jen argues with him, insisting she tasted it. Jocky wants someone to show Jen how to make mashed potatoes. Chef Ramsay calls her to the pass and she asks him what she is doing wrong now. He tells her not to talk to him like that and asks her who she thinks she is talking to. In the middle of their conversation, Jocky brings back the potatoes and tells her they are still bland; Heather tastes them saying they need pepper and butter.

Scotley watches as Gizzy is cooking the fish. Gizzy feels Scotley is not communicating very well, as he keeps giving a different time for the Wellingtons, but she is the one who comes up with the dry fish. He orders them to get their crap together and start cooking like pros. He orders the meat, the garnish and fish together. Jose is able to bail Gizzy out of the red kitchen and Jen is able to catch up with the garnish in the blue kitchen.

Kanae is not handling responsibility off and now Mia begins to take over. Christina wants to know what the next ticket is, and Mia is the one calling order to the red kitchen as per Christina’s request. The all-stars are at a stand still thanks to Jen again; when Chef Ramsay says he needs more garnish for two more plates, Jen says she gave him enough. He has had enough and calls the entire blue team to the pass, and she says he pulled the pan from underneath and he says she is lying. He calls the blue team to the back as he throws all the pans to the ground.

He tells her to get out by the front door, while she accuses him of lying and setting her up and sabotaging her. She tells him he cannot disrespect her as he says that she doesn’t have it. He orders her to get the F out! She takes off her jacket and apron and walks out through the restaurant. Bret can’t understand what Jen is thinking.

Chef Ramsay tells the entire Blue Team he has had enough and they either get a grip or they can follow her. They hustle back into the kitchen to finish dinner service as Jen wishes she had said more to him.

Both teams successfully finish strong and Ramsay lines up both teams, Chef Ramsay says, “How dare someone accuse me of sabotaging their garnish and attempt to soil his reputation. He respects their commitment but will not be accused of sabotaging anybody. Both kitchen had some mistakes but bounced back and completed service and the fact that Jen was sent home he has decided that nobody will be going home tonight. They thank him and go back to the dorm.

“What the hell was she on? Jen accused me of sabotaging her, the truth of the matter is the only thing that sabotaged Jen was her cooking!”
