The nasty custody battle between Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis and her ex, Thomas Ravenel, has exploded into a whirlwind of court documents filled with nasty accusations. And, in Dennis’ latest filing, she reveals that Ravenel paid a woman $200,000 for her silence after an alleged sexual assault.

According to The Daily Mail, Dennis and Ravenel were in a Charleston court last week because she had requested for him to turn over financial, phone, and medical records dating back to January 1, 2015.

The judge ruled in Dennis’ favor, saying he has “a very liberal view of discoverable evidence,” and now Ravenel has to turn over potentially incriminating text messages and emails that he sent to their former nanny who has accused Ravenel of sexual assault.

He must also give Dennis anything relating to the $200,000 he gave Debra Perkins, a December 2015 Tinder date of Ravenel’s who he allegedly sexually assaulted. Ravenel made Perkins sign a non-disclosure agreement.

In her claim, Dennis also accused Ravenel of having a “personality disorder,” which is what she says led him to “sexually assault at least two women.”

Ravenel won full custody of their two children, Kenzie, 4, and Saint, 3, back in June 2017. But, since then, Dennis has completed treatment and has passed all of her court-ordered drug tests. In November of last year, Dennis filed for sole custody after police arrested Ravenel on assault charges. And, in her petition for custody, she claims that Ravenel was “under the influence of alcohol along with potential drugs” during the alleged sexual assault of the nanny.

Dennis also describes Ravenel as having “extreme narcissism and anger management problems.”

But, didn't she say to ALL OF US that she didn't want or need TR's money and this was NEVER about 💰💰💰 "His fortune will never make me fortunate. I do no need his money to fulfill my life." https://t.co/NfV3pFfA1f

Ravenel then fired back with a counterclaim, accusing Dennis of having multiple mental health conditions, including “Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, kleptomania, self-mutilation, and Cluster B Personality Traits including histrionic and borderline personality disorders.”

The former South Carolina state treasurer says that Dennis is not drug-free like she claims, and he accuses his baby momma of “purchasing synthetic urine” to pass her court-ordered drug tests.

Ravenel also claims that Dennis filed for sole custody of the kids because she wanted to secure her role on Southern Charm, not because it is in the kids’ best interest.

The case is ongoing.
